Hello,

The Reset Firefox feature can fix many issues by restoring Firefox to its factory default state while saving your essential information. Note: This will cause you to lose any Extensions, Open websites, and some Preferences.

To Reset Firefox do the following:

1. Go to Firefox > Help > Troubleshooting Information.
2. Click the "Reset Firefox" button.
3. Firefox will close and reset. After Firefox is done, it will show a window with the information that is imported. Click Finish.
4. Firefox will open with all factory defaults applied.

That did not work,just tried it.

Hi OldDeadOne, could you be more specific about what isn't working? For example, can you log in? Does any of the Inbox display (e.g., folders on the left, messages in the main pane)?

I notice a lot of reloading on the site, so maybe a script is not working quite right, but so far it doesn't seem to be interfering with just reading stuff.

The connection to the server was reset while the page was loading. This is what I get when I try to connect.

Which URL is in the address bar when you get that error?

Can you directly load the Microsoft Live.com login page? https://login.live.com/

Interesting that I can get in with Internet Exploder,but not in firefox,as I just tried this just now(I hate Internet Explorer with a passion,and I need access with firefox)

I solved my own problem,apparently the url has changed from the https://snt117.mail.com to https://blu175.mail.live.com,so I am able to access my outlook mail with Firefox 22(the old worked with Firefox 21 but not with 22). Had to do a bit of a search to find this out,so I won't have to use Internet Exploder at all.
