Using Firefox I get to my home page (my netzero). Last Thursday when I tried to got to my webmail.netzero all I'm getting is a blank page that says loading but it never finishes loading. Prior to Thursday I had no problem. If I use IE instead of Firefox it goes to my email without a problem. I'm not getting any error message. Also got an email from firefox support. One of the items is enable cookies step 4 Expand the Cookies section??? Step 5 Check enable cookies and Accept cookies normally checkboxes. These two steps don't appear in the Privacy tab. I have Windows XP.

In your "More system details" you mentioned turning off Java, if you meant JavaScript you may need to turn it on so you can see your email, many sites require JavaScript. Only a few sites need a Java plug-in to perform complicated animations.

  • Tools > Options > Content > (x) Enable JavaScript

If you have "Adblock Plus" try disabling, if active, or activating if disabled. Status is changed at the "ABP" button on the toolbar. If disabling fixes problem, then you need to identify the filter line causing the problem and disable it.

If you are getting constant busy indicators replacing the favicons on the tabs, or location bar, it may be similar to a problem with Hotmail affecting Firefox and Chrome users. /questions/905048

Looks like you asked question again, after getting an email. Perhaps the email asked for more information which should have been provided with the original question. questions, specifically /questions/904854
