An orange screen bar comes up at the top of the site while I'm trying to enter a meeting I'm hosting saying: " Additional plugins are required to display all the media on this page." And in the right corner it gives me a button: "Install Missing Plugins." But when I do that it searches and comes back with "No suitable plugins found." And I still can't enter my meeting. I'm running OS 10.6.8 and Firefox 6.0. Please help!

Update all your Firefox Plugins

IF that doesn't work, see this:

Check and tell if its working.

Talked to WebEx about this several times.

They do not support Firefox 5 or 6. They recommend downloading Meeting Manager and installing it manually.

If you are running Lion, you're out of luck. WebEx does not work on Lion, and will not until some future, non-Java version is developed and released.
