When I try to go to a different topic on CNN.com (for example wold new s to Justice) the new page does not load. How can I fix this?

When I try to go to a different topic on CNN.com (for example world News to Justice topic) the new page does not load. It says "Done" at the bottom but there is a blank page.

  • "Clear the Cache": Tools > Options > Advanced > Network > Offline Storage (Cache): "Clear Now"
  • "Remove the Cookies" from sites that cause problems: Tools > Options > Privacy > Cookies: "Show Cookies"

Start Firefox in Diagnose Firefox issues using Troubleshoot Mode to check if one of the add-ons is causing the problem (switch to the DEFAULT theme: Tools > Add-ons > Themes).

  • Don't make any changes on the Safe mode start window.

I tried:

  1. Clear the Cache": Tools > Options > Advanced > Network > Offline Storage (Cache): "Clear Now"
  2. "Remove the Cookies" from sites that cause problems: Tools > Options > Privacy > Cookies: "Show Cookies"

These actions did not resolve the issue. Still unable to go to different pages on CNN.COM.
