Zip code failed validation

I am unable to use my credit card to sign up for the VPN. It's linked to a Canadian postal code and any variation of it is rejected with the error "The zip code you supplied failed validation". The service is said to be available in Canada and the postal code is correct (tried capitals, lowercase, with/without space, with/without hyphen). I tried with multiple credit cards. Please help.
