Can't sign in, don't get reset emails and yes I've checked spam. Fix it or I delete this crap program on pc and pnone.

Firefox updated on pc. Got the confirmation email and confirmed so next it wanted me to sync so I already had it on my iphone but it won't let me sign in, won't send reset emails and now I can't sign in on the pc either and YES I have checked spam etc. Beyond irritated at this point and ready to delete this program.

Hi, do what you gotta do. Since you do not say what you are wanting to sign into I would guess it is Sync. Firefox Volunteer Support does not have access to any thing but information regarding Sync. Please follow the directions at the bottom of this URL. Note you may have to get another email address since you say you are not getting replies. Yahoo or others have free email.
