Question: Are you attempting browsing the web on Firefox when this happens? If so, does anything else cause your computer to "freeze?"

Question: Are you loosing all ability to use your computer?

My pc freezes when I have like 2-3 screens open, when pc freezes, it locks up my pc, I have to force close those screens, I use Firefox and I have sent Firefox some reports about this.

What's your computer system and Firefox version?

Start Firefox in Safe Mode {web link} by holding down the <Shift> (Mac=Options) key, and then starting Firefox.

A small dialog should appear. Click Start In Safe Mode (not Refresh). Is the problem still there?
