I have ad blocker add-ons in firefox. Why did firefox not having a built-in option to turn off ads?

As some folks suggested, I disable all add-ons within hotmail. I did turn off acceleration option under firefox option to get rid off flashing screen. No relief .

Many site issues can be caused by corrupt cookies or cache.

• Clear the Cache and

• Remove Cookies

I have clear history when firefox closes (I clicked all under this settings). It Clears the Cache and remove Cookies.

As I tart my Firefox, It shows my content cache as 3.5 MB, Off line webcontent and uer data 2.7 MB, Clear now is not clearing this one.

Use Hardware Acceleration already turned off.

Poke around safe websites. Are there any problems?

Have you tried to Start Firefox in Safe Mode {web Link} by holding down the <Shift>
(Mac=Options) key, and then starting Firefox. A small dialog should appear. Click Start In Safe Mode (not Refresh).

No the Firefox 43.0.1 was a Release and old one now from December 18, 2015. Not sure why Fred would think it may be a ESR version as it went from 38.0 esr to 45.0 esr.

The current Release is 51.0.1 www.mozilla.org/firefox/all/
