Java applet function not called through java script in linux

We are using redhat os version 5.9 and have default mozilla browser version 3.0.11, we are able to call java applet functions in other browser like Internet explorer and mozilla on WINDOWS but on linux mozilla does not call the java applet function. we are able to run java applet on moziila in linux .

It is not detecting java version on browser, show some classload exception . screen shot is attached. Java applet is working fine on browser with given two url's below

but with below url , java applet is not working after entering two numbers.please check
