Add-on Microsoft .NET Framework Assist ClickOnce has been available for many years and is used by many corporations including ours to launch and install applications. Recently - since October 2015 your organization has - without reason disabled this plugin.

Our organization needs an explanation as to why you have desired to disable this plugin and would like a reasonable corrective action. I understand changes such as the depreciation of NNAPI and wondering if this may be the reason for your action. If there is another reason such as a security concery then I would ask that you be very specific as to the nature of the concern so that my organization can prepare the appropriate response.

The add-ons was removed from the Add-ons site because it hadn't been touched in years. Microsoft still maintains it's own version, I believe the steps at https://support.microsoft.com/en-us/kb/963707 can help you install it if you need it.
