Foredox did an update on my PC about 2 days ago. Since then, possibly just before also, on just about EVERY click it freezes & says Not Responding. Icleared cache, restarted it & I shit down the computer everyday sometimes twice a day. I can't search how to fix it on the pc because it's CONSTANTLY freezing. anything else I can do? I appreciate the help!

You can check if you can start Firefox in Safe Mode by holding down the Shift/Options key.

You can try to disable hardware acceleration in Firefox.

  • Tools > Options > Advanced > General > Browsing: "Use hardware acceleration when available"

You need to close and restart Firefox after toggling this setting.

Boot the computer in Windows Safe Mode with network support (press F8 on the boot screen) as a test.
