How can I contact support if I can’t log in to Mozilla VPN

If you are unable to log in:

  1. Open Mozilla VPN and click Get help on the top right-hand side of the screen.
  2. Click Contact support.
  3. Complete the Contact support form, where you'll be asked to provide your email address and additional information about your problem.
  4. Click Submit to complete your request.

  1. Open Mozilla VPN and click the Settings icon.
  2. Click Get help.
  3. Click Contact support.
  4. Complete the Support Contact form, where you'll be asked to provide your email address and additional information about your problem.
  5. Click Submit to complete your request.
