downloaded v.21 but don't get new user interface

I have downloaded the newest version multiple times. I want the new user interface, but my browser will not convert to the new user interface. I'm not sure if there is an option somewhere that will fix this issue, or what is going on. Any help would be appreciated.

You get the orange Firefox menu button when the menu bar is hidden.

  • Firefox menu button > Options
  • View > Toolbars (press F10 to display the menu bar)
  • Right-click empty toolbar area
