Also, Restore the Menu bar in Firefox if you want to have the menu bar displayed normally.

Hit the Alt key to show the Menu bar, then open View > Toolbars and select Menu bar, so it has a check-mark.
Thanks - toggling the ALT key turns the menu bar on and off.
