Search results repeating
Lately, after entering a search item in the address bar, I get the results but when I click on the item I'm searching for, it opens a new window with the same search results. This can repeat about three to five times before my desired article opens in a new window, so I have up to six browser tabs open..

Hi, are you clicking on a search suggestion on the address bar drop-down (the ones with a magnifying glass)? In that case, I wonder whether your Firefox thinks that you are holding down the Command key, which would send the search to a new tab. But that wouldn't explain it happening 4 times...
Or are you clicking a result in the search results page that normally goes to the result site, and instead it causes the search to repeat in a new tab?
