I use Earthlink as my email and they tell me the problems today with screen not scrolling are a Firefox problem

When I open my Earthlink email in Firefox there is a box at the top that says "Enhanced by Google" and the screen won't scroll. I talked to Earthlink support and they said it's a Firefox problem
