My symbol for VPN won't energize.
Bringing my computer up this evening doesn't allow me to click the circle in front of VPN so that it turns green.

Have you tried a Windows [Restart] [Shut down] keeps old settings etc.
Hi Paul! It may be a bit confusing but the toolbar icon does not control VPN connectivity on it's own. When you click the VPN toolbar icon, does a panel pop up? If yes, you should be able to activate the VPN from there.
