I could not save the email I have sent.

The email I thought I’d sent isn’t in my sent folder. I saw it being sent. I also tried restoring the sent items folder, but it didn’t work. What should I do? Is there any risk of it being misused?

Have you tested by sending other messages and seeing if copies of them are saved to the Sent folder?

Are you sure you don't have one of the Quick Filter options engaged, which could filter out some messages, such as any that are not Unread, Starred, Tagged, or have Attachments?

Is the "missing" message visible on your provider's web mail?

I don't think there's any chance of misuse.
