In general this is handled by macOS: https://support.apple.com/guide/mac-pro/manage-windows-on-your-mac-apd2345fc25d/mac — do you have a certain interaction in mind that doesn't follow your system setup, or does not accomplish the expected outcome per se?
For actual full screen experience, there's both the system controls available, and also the browser menu item:
