Am not able to search from address bar. Input sits a second then Startpage appears from the home page with the start bar.

Also, where exactly do I access java script. about config does not do anything because I cannot search from address bar? Or is it disabled on this version which, according to info I found Beta and Nightly have the about config option.

Last, this is a brand new account so it might not show up.

Could you please report that on Bugzilla (and post the link to the created bug here)? If you are not comfortable enough with that, just let me know, and I'll file a report for you.
