Please help fast i lost all password

i changed password on firefox account to be able to login on mobile, and then my account on desktop disconnected so i login again with new password, and after sync it changed all my synced passwords and i lost every password saved, that happend about an hour, i don't have access now to anything i've please help am locked out from everything right now i need to undo last synced passwords on firefox desktop this really important
