Hi Earl, is that black square the first problem -- you are not getting a valid 2-D barcode?

For the printing:

On the settings panel, down below what is visible in your screenshot, there are couple Options checkboxes, and one is needed to print background images. Please make sure that is enabled.

Next, any difference if you select all (Ctrl+A) -- or just select the part you care about -- then right-click > Print Selection instead of printing normally?

a) I blacked out the barcode

b) toggling "Print backgrounds" effects no change on the print image other than the inclusion of the (i) icon to the left of "All items must be sent by ..."

c) Selecting all or part of the instructions/image and using Print Selection effects no change in the print image
