Thunderbird calendar cannot be started
Thunderbird 91.1.0 (64-Bit). Calendar is greyed out. When right-clicking over the left field under calendar, there is no option to create a new calendar (greyed out); similarly the plus-sign to the right of calendar is greyed out. Basically, I cannot create a calendar. No solution found on the internet.

Under "See also" I now checked further suggestions of other cases. This answer does not apply: https://support.mozilla.org/en-US/questions/1308929 In my case the calendar cannot even be created, as everything is greyed out!
