Cannot play SiriusXM radio on Firefox; have latest version of FF and Adobe Flash player

Microsoft IE plays Sirius XM just fine; I switched to Firefox as default browser and updated to latest version of Adobe Firefox that says its for 64 bit Firefox. No dice. Whats worse is that the SiriusXM app now loads in French language, then freezes. I am running Windows 7 Professional with fully current updates for everything. Ideas ??

Hi Enigma,

Good suggestion. Tried that. Siriusxm totally ignored 2 messages i sent them. I hope nobody was dumb enough to call instead. This speaks poorly of SiriusXM. 

I am still looking for a solution.

what happened to cause siriusxm which always performed perfectly until their recent update? Did they or did Mozilla create the problem? Who can or will fix it? Have to use Chrome or other browser to have it work now.

I recommend downloading the app and using that instead. Seems everything is going to an app to function. I have the same issue as you folks on Firefox (favorites don't show up and can't change channels when it does work) and when using Edge the broadcast breaks up (like its intermittently being turned off & on). Now with Siriusxm's purchase of Pandora I anticipate the app to be the smoothest form to use. I tried contacting Sirius and they blamed Firefox.
