It's a problem that seems specific to Firefox on my laptop, as I don't have the problem on either of two desktops, and don't have it in IE on my laptop. I'm using a Lenovo ideapad 510S and I believe it recently had a Firefox update. It also had a Windows 10 update.

At the webmail site, I can sign in and load my inbox, but when I click on a message, the body remains blank.

Any ideas?

Having more than one version of a program may cause issues. You must remove the older programs. Then get the current full installer.

Flash: Grab the uninstaller from here:

Then reinstall the latest version.

Note: Windows users should download the active_x for Internet Explorer. and the plugin for Plugin-based browsers (like Firefox).

Note: Windows 8 and Windows 10 have built-in flash players and Adobe will cause a conflict. Install the plugin only. Not the active_x.
