
My Mozilla Thunderbird worked well untill I changed the ISP
Hi, I have Mozilla Thunderbird V38.1.0 and it worked very well until I changed the ISP and installed a new cable modem Netgear CG3100D-2. Since than it will not retrieve any emails from my three different servers. It keeps running and after a while says that it took to long to connect. I checked the modem and it doesn't show any blocked ports. I would really appreciate some suggestions how to fix this problem.

Check with your new ISP whether they do block anything required to retrieve mail.
