I no longer have a toolbar across my screen when I use Firefox. I have still toolbars for Finder, Pages, Iphoto, etc.

Right click the top of the Firefox window to bring up a context menu. You should be able to select the toolbar from there. Has the add-on for the toolbar been disabled, perhaps?
