Hi NUCLEAR-WAR, I understand the frustration, and it is not intentional to withhold data from anyone. However I have only seen this happen when a user moves from the old account to the new sync. Were you previously on the older sync? If so, you can [[Install an older version of Firefox]] and download the data from the old sync account. Please make a copy of the profile locally so that no data is lost. The you can use the new sync with these instructions: [[How to update to the new Firefox Sync]] if you so choose to. If that is not the case and you already have all the data on the local machine, it is possible to create a new account.
