Hi Tommy, sometimes Firefox starts up without access to bookmarks because the file that stores bookmarks is inaccessible. In that case, you also can't add new bookmarks. To resolve this, you can try exiting Firefox and starting it up again. However, sometimes you need to do a regular shutdown/restart of Windows to release the file. I would try that before taking any drastic measure. Let me know how it goes.
