No, you cannot safely run Norton VPN (using WireGuard) and Firefox VPN at the same time on the same Windows device without experiencing severe connectivity and routing issues

Mozilla recommends removing the VPN icon from the toolbar to avoid duplicate protection.

Btw Mozilla refers to it as built-in VPN as Firefox VPN implies it is a standalone app like Mozilla's own standalone subscription based Mozilla VPN app is.
