Hey there, is the issue here you can't log in? Have you tried to log in using another browser? What is the error message you're getting?
Permission denied, that is what i get when logging in. I get the same thing with Lowe's
Looks like it's time to get something newer. If you have access to a newer computer you can test. I'm able to replicate the issues on Win7. see screenshot
