I can not resolve a plugin-container.exe error while processing payroll through ADP &have been unable to find the right fix for this. I can send error report.
I have been receiving this error now for a few weeks and have been through multiple layers of IT help trying to resolve it with ADP/Chase Payroll services. When I go to print pay vouchers I get the plugin-container.exe error and I can not print the vouchers. I can provide screen shots if this would help. Can you please advise on how to proceed to resolve this?

First update to Firefox 17.0.1. Update Firefox to the latest release
Then, update your plugins. https://www.mozilla.org/en-US/plugincheck/
Finally, if you still see this, give more details. "the plugin-container.exe error" isn't very specific.
Are there Adobe Reader PDF files involved?
It is trying to use Adobe Flash but I am not sure about PDF. There was a reply from someone about more details. I don't know how to provide more details without showing you my screen shot with the detailed language of the error. How do I upload that screen shot? It is asking for an image file?
If you go to the bottom of this thread, and click the "Browse..." button you can upload an image to this thread.
I have saved it now as a JPEG. I will attach. Please let me know if it is viewable. Your tab below will not allow me to upload a Word doc.
That is an issue with the DPF Remote Print Plugin - 1.5.0.0 that has crashed.
I realize this is the issue. I need help resolving it. I have not been able to resolve it by following the steps on the link you provided. I don't know what else to do. Are there some specific steps you could walk me through? I do have the DPF Remote Plug In enabled on my add ons.
This is an issue with that plugin crashing, which isn't something we can really resolve for you. Try to disable it, find a replacement, update it, or contact their support
If I disable, which plugin am I disabling? The DPF Remote one?
yes, since that is the problem plugin
That plugin is crashing in Firefox and such issues need to be resolved by the developer of that plugin. As a user you can only disable it, but then you can't use it to print content and you would have to do that in a different way that doesn't use the plugin.
