New cache features in curent version keep me from using cache management software
In the older version of Firefox, the cache file, which appeared under "profiles" gave me directly a listing of all images that I had viewed, without any additional subdirectories. The new version uses a much more complicated system of subdirectories and it is preventing me from using a custom-made application that allowed me to backup automatically the contents of the cache file. Besided trying to reinstall the older version, is there any solution to this problem?

It shouldn't be too difficult to change the code and parse all directories in the cache folder.
If you use xcopy then check the command line switches via xcopy /?
