I would like to save attachments to a specific directory, instead of downloads, but there seems to be no way to do this

I have a large number of attachments to incoming emails to save, but I would like to save them to a specific directory, and not merely to the "Downloads" library. Is there a way to specify a directory when I try to save these attachments?
