My wifes i3 laptop has been using Firefox for several years, but now it cannot load Ninemsn.com.au properly as it is all squashed up on the left, and there is no pictures... have done malware scan, virus scan, cleaned history, cookies, reset proxy settings, she is not happy...reluctently she has moved over to the darkside by using IE.....

Reload web page(s) and bypass the cache.

  • Press and hold Shift and left-click the Reload button.
  • Press "Ctrl + F5" or press "Ctrl + Shift + R" (Windows,Linux)
  • Press "Cmd + Shift + R" (MAC)

Make sure that you do not block CSS files.

Start Firefox in Diagnose Firefox issues using Troubleshoot Mode to check if one of the extensions or if hardware acceleration is causing the problem (switch to the DEFAULT theme: Firefox (Tools) > Add-ons > Appearance/Themes).

I Uninstalled version 7 then ran CCleaner , then reinstalled version 7 now all seems to work ok ....... Thasnk You for the above advice...
