Firefox just updated my computer to Firefox6 I want to go back to the way it was when I had Firefox and Google

Firefox asked if I wanted there upgrade after they installed it I lost all of my Google toolbar they say it doesn't work with Firefox 6 that's OK how do I go back to the way it was where it was all working together. I need Gmail and other things on the Google toolbar.
