I'm new and I don't know where my toolbar went that had the applications, places, etc. in it.
I"m trying to find my "applications" to go to the scan feature, among other things. It seems to have disappeared. I went to " help" but they're talking about a top and bottom bar. I don't have a bottom bar and the catagories on the bar on the side are not useful to me.
Thanks for any help you can give.

Do you have a gray Firefox button on the Tab Bar?
Press the F10 key to bring up the "Menu Bar" temporarily if the menu bar is hidden.
- Go to "View > Toolbars" to set which toolbars to display toolbars or hide.
Toolbars with a checkmark are visible.
- Toggle the visibility state of a toolbar with a left-click to place or remove the check-mark
Hi and thank you for responding. I don't have a gray Firefox button on the tab bar that I can see.
I press F10 but nothing happens. I go to View Toolbars and the ones I have checked are Navigation, Add This (which I have no idea about) Bookmarks, Add on bar (don't know that one either) and Tabs on Top (which I don't get either).
Any other ideas? And thanks in Advance
On Linux you should find the applications in Edit > Preferences > Applications
