Everytime I go to Netflix.com to watch an Instant movie, it gives me the following error.

I've follwed the directions listed there and still continue to see this message. I contacted Netflix and they couldn't do anything for me either. This problem has been going on for a while.

How has this not been addressed? This is a MAJOR problem that is still ignored in FF6.
