A coworkers FF4 is displaying a site incorrectly, but my FF4 displays the site perfectly.

I have already looked at her settings, cleared her cache and made sure she has he same settings as mine. We also have the same OS. It's an odd behavior because only 3 people we know of are having the same issue but everyone else's FF4 is working correctly. Any thoughts on this? Unfortunately, for privacy reason I am unable to provide a link to the site in question. We all believe it is either a bug that occasionally happens or a mysterious setting.

Have you checked whether you have any differences in add-ons (plugins, extensions)?
Can you describe the differences? For example, colors, font sizes, etc. If you can't post screen shots, please be very specific.
