You mean the add-on named Leak Monitor (Leak Monitor :: Add-ons for Firefox)?
To disable or remove an add-on, go to:
orange Firefox button > Add-ons > Extensions
or
classic Tools menu > Add-ons > Extensions
It should be listed there with buttons to manage it.
