Why is FF not able to open my hotmail account anymore. Have used it for years and all of a sudden it doesn't open and I have to go to another browser to get my email. Thanks for your help, <email removed>
I always go to FF to get on line. Then I click on the hotmail link to sign into my email which goes fine my, but when I enter my password and hit enter nothing happens. I have waited and waited but nothing happens so then I have to get out of FF and use another browser to get back on line and get my email. This just started happening the last few days. Everything else works with FF, any help will be greatly appreciated, Jane

- "Clear the Cache": Tools > Options > Advanced > Network > Offline Storage (Cache): "Clear Now"
- "Remove the Cookies" from sites that cause problems: Tools > Options > Privacy > Cookies: "Show Cookies"
Start Firefox in Diagnose Firefox issues using Troubleshoot Mode to check if one of the add-ons is causing the problem (switch to the DEFAULT theme: Tools > Add-ons > Themes).
- Don't make any changes on the Safe mode start window.
