I load multiple tabs and firefox crashes right away, or I open a new tab and it crashes.

Go to the address about:crashes, and tell us your latest crash IDs.

A brief look at your data already posted, one thing I would recommend is to update your Flash plugin. See Flash Plugin - Keep it up to date and troubleshoot problems
