'paperless printer' software will not work with FIREFOX
The program of 'paperless printer will not work in FIREFOX. When I used INTERNET EXPLORER it did but now I get an error saying 'application can't work'

What exactly happens when trying to print with this printer? Do you get an error?
I would recommend trying the free PDFCreator program, to see if this lets you print. You can download that from http://www.pdfforge.org/products/pdfc.../download
