Too many updates, and how to I turn off the login prompt at startup

Too many updates. Sometimes two or three in a week.

>> With the latest update we are prompted to log in EVERY TIME Firefox is opened. I don't want to be logged in all the time, and hate being nagged. No option to turn that off either than I can find.

There's usually one in a week. If more are queued, it mostly means you've been ignoring the previous update prompts for too long;))

The unlock issue should have happened only once, and cease after a restart. In case you have "remote improvements" disabled, you might want to turn it back on, or check for updates tomorrow as the same preference should be included in v154.0.1 release as well.
