Autofill username / password not autofilling

Firefox v149.1 on iPadOS 26.4. saved credentials (username , password) are not being autofilled, unlike in ios. Even when only 1 entry per site exists, this needs to be selected manually. Steps to reproduce: - Log into site for which 1a single credential is stored - Bar above keyboard does not show the available username, but just autofill - Selecting autofill produces list of usernames, but does NOT autofill username - Same behavior for password

After disabling and enabling autofill with firefox in system settings, it seems to work again.
