When stream/video is playing on rumble.com, the rest of the monitor suffers spotty pixelation

Windows 11 pro, ad blocker extensions playing video on rumble.com (I am a subscriber, but not Premium) Rumble video flashes green Pixelation appears on the rest of the monitor and other apps that are open. Text fields turn black. Sometimes the pixel follows the mouse. I switched to edge and chrome and the pixelation does not happen.

System info: Laptop, desktop, or DIY? If not DIY, what make and model? If Windows Pro version, try testing in Windows Sandbox (VM) to see if you have the same issue. https://www.howtogeek.com/399290/how-to-use-windows-10s-new-sandbox-to-safely-test-apps/
