How do you or I fix a 503 error that's only in Firefox?
No accurate topic in the ddlb, so picked this.
I've bought from an ecommerce site for years, using FF as my browser. Suddenly, over the last couple of weeks, I can't get to, receiving a 503 error message.
I can still get to the site on Edge, but I don't wish to use it or Chrome for ecommerce. Either they or you broke something. What needs to be done?

Steps to replicate would be helpful.
1) Enter the url 2) Get the errror
Does that help?
No, my ecommerce history is not public information. It's a 503 error only with Firefox. There should be specific things to check as to why this is only happening in this browser and on the entire site.
If Mozilla support wants to talk directly to me, I'm happy to chat with them.
The normal issue means a website's server is temporarily unable to handle requests, usually due to overloading, maintenance, or backend issues, but with no access I cannot replicate the issue.

Just have another user with access confirm.
