"Moz-extension" from My Financial Expert, scam?

Every time I see a box to enter a username or on some websites, any box that needs information filled in, a pop-up box appears that says "unlock your password manager." I was finally able to get to a website at moz-extension://b5ea3638-1832-4174-a490-4c5e77c0dbc6/html/index.html. The page says "Welcome My Financial Expert Password Manager securely stores, organizes, and autofills your logins, passwords, and more. Sign in to get started." Is this a legitimate mozilla extension? Is this a scam? How do I get rid of it (it's REALLY annoying!)? Thank you for your help and any insight.

Is it this one? https://addons.mozilla.org/firefox/addon/myfinexpert-password-manager/

It's not open source and has only 30 users. I don't see any reason to use it.
