Your Browser is indicating that I need to continue my setup of FireFox installation, What else is required??

Hi, does it mention connecting a mobile device or signing in to a Mozilla account? Those steps are recommended but optional and you can just start browsing. However, if Firefox won't start, hmm, there must be some other issue.
