2 questions 1- when we move some email folder to local folder does it reduce the amount of running data for the app. 2- I have move a folder to local folder and it seems I have lost all of them may be because I already had a folder with that same name in there

- if email is in local folder, you are correct in that these messages are no longer involved in network access. If you moved a folder that overwrote another folder, you would see content of the moved folder. If you see nothing, it would depend on exactly the steps you took.
